Siyah's maw opened and a long yawn escaped as his front legs slid out from under him. He laid at the bottom of the tree and rested his head on his paws. His eyes drifted over the river and then up towards the sky. The sky that Gin had been watching so adimently before. He watched as it grew darker and he let out another yawn. He wasn't really all that tired, he was more bored. His ears slanted back as he watched the clouds rolling through the sky.
The sight of fire caught his eyes and he lifted his head off his paws. He looked over at where Gin and Rave were inside the fire. His head tilted to the side as he wondered what was going on, but he wouldn't interfear. It was none of his business and he knew that. His tail flicked and his body relaxed as the fire disappeared and the two wolves stood before him. He pushed himself back into a sitting position as Gin came towards him. He nodded to her as she asked if he was ready to go.
"Perhaps we should just stay here" he said as he glanced between Rave and Gin. "There's no scent of an alpha around, and besides it's quite nice here" he added. He didn't really want to head to the pack lands just yet. There seemed to be a lot going on between the two and the last thing they needed was to go to an alpha. Besides he didn't think there even was an alpha yet. No one had claimed the lands.

Gin paused when Rave summoned a ring of flame around her. She tensed up slightly, as he circled her and spoke. She stared at him, not breaking her gaze as she took in what he said to her. Narrowing her eyes, she gave an understanding nod. As dark as his antics looked, she knew deep down that he was just trying to protect her. Even though they both were grown, old habits did, indeed, die hard.
When the flame had died and she and Rave were face to face, she whispered, "Just please don't," in reply to his attack comment. "For me, OK?" Turning back to Siyah, she nodded after a moment. Now that she thought about it, there didn't seem to be a pack. Glancing from Rave to Siyah, she thought. Maybe they could form one? But what does any of us know about leading a gang of wolves, she wondered, flattening her ears. Pushing the thought away, she began to think of other things. "Alright," she said slowly. Glancing upward as she heard a distant roll of thunder, she continued. "But if we're going to stay, we should find some shelter before this storm breaks. Siyah, would you be comfortable looking for a cave or something? And Rave, can you maybe look for some prey for us three? I'll go and find some flammable objects so we can build a warm fire." With that, Gin waved her tail and turned, rushing into the foliage.
Jaws parted and tongue lolling, Gin looked around. Sticks and leaves laid scattered all around just begging to be used as a fire-starter. We need something better, she objected. Looking around, she spotted an old bush with gray and brown bark. Perfect. Turning, the silver wolf bounded over. Lowering herself, Gin wrapped her jaws around the base of the bush. With a snarl, she jerked back. Nothing. She pulled harder. Still nothing. Gin readjusted her position, pushing her paws farther into the earth. With a low growl, Gin pulled hard again. This time, she uprooted the bush and tumbled backward, landing with an "oomf" and the wind knocked out of her. Letting out a gasp, Gin rolled over and shook herself. With a snort, she gripped the shrub and a few other small sticks before rushing back to where she'd left her brother and Siyah.

Rave looked at his sister and flicked his ears some and then turned to the direction he had come from. Maybe he should have stayed where he was, but then again he was alone there, he never found a place to call home. He shook his head and then heard the words slip from his sisters mouth. Just please don't, For me it hit him rather hard. His ears folded back and he sighed some and then nodded in agreement with his sister. He wouldn't harm the male, at least not now. Not until the male did something to upset Rave. He took in a deep breath, there were no markings of an alpha there was nothing. He looked around and then leaped up into the trees and looked around. the place was some what barren and dry. He looked at the blackened river and snorted. Disgusting water, Dry lands. Wont be much pickings he thought as he stood on the branch. He leaped down and looked at his sister.
"There wont be good pickings but i can find something to feed three i hope."
|
He said softly as he shook his head. He flicked his ears and then yawned some and allowed his tongue to roll out and then back in. He looked to where he knew food would hide at this time of the day. he turned his massive body and headed deep into the ashy woods. He leaped onto a dead tree and looked around, not far from where he stood was a small heard of deer. He looked over the group and picked out the smallest deer and jumped from his stump and headed into the brush to keep hidden. He stocked the small deer till he wandered a little ways away from the group that was when Rave made his attack. He leaped at the deer claws and fangs extended. He slammed his massive body into the small framed deer. He pushed the deer to the ground and held it down some but the hind foot of the animal made contact with Rave's chest and rave had let go. He let out a loud yelp and then snarled darkly. He rushed at the wounded animal and tackled it to the ground. he snarled and ripped the throat from the deer and spat it from his mouth. Blood poured from the neck and Rave smirked darkly as he stood over his kill. He turned his head to where he had heard the sound of his sister. He smirked. She could be like him some day but Rave didn't want that for his sister. he wanted better for her since that was what she deserved. He picked up the deer and dragged it over to where she was and sat it on the ground and looked at her and kinda chuckled some as he stood there. "Don't fight with the tree dear sister" [/blockquote]

He looked at Gin and smiled up at her as she agreed to stay here for the night. He stood and shook out his pelt as she gave out jobs to them. His auds twitched and he nodded to her. "Yeah I can try" he told her. He watched Rave carefully before turning to look for a place for them to stay. He was't sure if the other male would be comfortable with him staying in the same cave as his sister. He shrugged it off and trotted through the woods, orange orbs searching carefully. His nostrils flared repeatedly as he scented the area. There was definitely no alpha on these lands, and he wondered if Rave would try claiming them. He shook his head remembering overhearing that male say he wasn't a pack wolf.
He stopped moving and shook his head, he had been so into thinking that he wasn't looking around very well. His orange gaze wandered over the woods and he lowere his head as he walked around slowly. His head tilted to the side as he came to a very large tree. The roots were enormous and growing out of the ground in large waves. He sniffed at the bottom of the tree as he got closer, making sure there was nothing around. He pulled a few dead branches away and found a hole large enough for them to fit through. It looked like the three of them would fit easily under the tree.
He stepped back and lifted his muzzle towards the sky. His jowls parted slightly and a howl rang out of his throat and into the sky. It was a calling to let Gin and Rave know where he was. He sat beside the roots and curled his tail around his paws as he waited patiently for them to come to him. His auds twitched and swiveled atop his head as his orange orbs wandered around the forest.

Gin stepped into the area that she and the two males had been in several minutes before. She placed the sticks and the older bush down, panting. Making a face, she turned and padded to the water. Lowering her head, she parted her jaws and lapped up the water to get rid of the charred taste from the bush. After her drink, Gin shook herself and padded back over to her collection. Looking upward, she noticed the clouds were now moving very slowly. They had blocked out almost all traces of the sun and it had gotten dark very quick. With a sigh, she looked down at her findings and studied them for a moment.
Looking up, Gin scented blood in the air. She looked around and after a few moments spotted her brother coming back. Her tail wagged a little before going limp again. Dark blue eyes traveled to the deer and she grinned. "Nice one," she complimented. Gin sat down with a yawn, reaching up a back leg to scratch at her shoulder feverishly. She stood with a shake before looking around. She wondered if Siyah had found any place for them. She knew he was capable of it. Surely he hadn't left because of Rave? She knew the males weren't very fond of each other which was disappointing. With a sigh, she pawed her findings together and waited.
Gin didn't have to wait long. Ears rising, the wolf heard a howl echo over the trees. Sounds like Siyah, she thought with relief. Picking up her shrub and sticks, she waved her to Rave. "Wrets go," she said, voice muffled around her large mouthful. Tail raised, she bounded forward and through the trees. The smell of charred shrub blocked out her sense of smell so she had to follow the sound of the howl. After several minutes of running, she noticed a large tree up ahead. Almost immediately she spotted Siyah. She slowed down upon arrival and looked at the opening in the roots. Her eyes lightened up and she looked at Siyah, impressed. Her tail waved behind her, attempting to say 'nice job' since her mouth was full.

Rave smirked and then laughed some as he stood there and then looked around. His head drifted towards the sky as he took in all scents that where around. He shook his head and then lowered it only to hear the vial sound of the male's howl. He growled and then rose to his feet and snarled darkly. He hated the howl of the male. He looked at his sister and snorted some. He would keep his cool just for his sister. He looked at her with the mouth full of Bark and shook his head. She looked silly, He knelt down adn grabbed the deer adn flung it over his shoulders and headed after his sister. He kept pace with her easily and then dropped the kill and looked at the male. He stepped over it and flicked his ears and stared at him
"My sister eats first brujo"
He snapped as he looked at her and then looked at the den that the male found. oh joyful a damn tree he grumbled to himself as he walked around it and checked out the ins and outs of their home for the time being. He jumped up upon one of the roots and laid down and allowed his paws to dangle from the branches. He laid his head down and yawned some. Flames danced around the male as he laid there. He flicked his ears as the tuff of fur tickled his ears. He shook his head and then laid it back and licked his jaws. He wouldnt eat till the two were asleep. And knowing his sister she wouldnt sleep until rave was next to her. He took in a deep breath and then closed his odd eyes and tried to rest some.
He had been walking for quite some time and some rest would do the large male wonders. Though he would never allow his guard to go down. his ears were fully perked and he was always ready to strike when needed. He opened up his eyes as the sound of something moving in the bushes woke him. He looked and snarled as a small bird emerged from the bushes. He growled and watched as the bird flew off. He snorted and then laid his head back down and closed his eyes. He would stay here for now till his sister called him down to sleep for the night.

Siyah clicked his jaws as he waited for the two to join him. His auds twitched as he heard paws coming towards him. A small smile spread of her maw as he saw Gin carrying bark in her mouth. His gaze then turned to Rave as he came up behind Gin. His eyes narrowed on the other brute and he held back a growl. He didn't like him and he knew that Rave felt the same. He snorted as Rave annoyed him but he would play nice for Gin's sake. His tail flicked beside him as he sat still, not moving as Rave snarled at him. He wanted so much to challenge the ignorant brute.
"As it should be" he responded with a hiss in his voice. His auds slanted back some as he looked at Gin and bowed his head respectfully. He had always let his own sister eat first, it was the right thing to do. The females always ate first when he was growing up. So he let his front legs slide out from under him and he laid down. His orange orbs followed Rave as he wandered around the tree, checking out the place. He snorted again, his only way of getting out his frustration that wouldn't draw attention to himself.
A yawn escaped his maw as his toes curled and then flexed. He didn't care if Rave liked the shelter he had found. There was no light and it was hard to find anything else in the middle of the forest. So it was this or nothing, and he knew Gin would appreciate it. That was really all he cared about at this point. He didn't care at all about Rave or his dislikes. His muscles tensed and then relaxed as he laid, waiting patiently.

Eyes looked the tree up and down, bright in the darkness. This was a good find and it was sure to shelter them all well. Padding toward the opening, she lay the shrub and sticks inside. She opened her mouth wide and closed it. She did this a few times to loosen her jaw back up and she shook. Backing up out of the tree, she looked toward the deer. Gin's gaze turned to Rave and her ears flattened. I really wish you'd be nicer to him, she thought, really not liking how Rave was treating Siyah. She wasn't really sure why she was defending him so much. Maybe because the innocent didn't deserve to be snarled at. Siyah had been proper the entire time and hadn't done anything to cause them harm. With a sigh, she glanced at the guys again and looked at the deer. She opened her mouth to object but paused. She knew the guys would probably refuse to eat all together if she didn't go first.
Gin continued to look at the deer for a few minutes before grinning slightly. Bending down, she placed a paw on the side of the deer and pulled back harshly. Flesh and bone ripped from the animals body and small droplets of blood dripped on the silver wolfs chin. Raising her head, she padded over to Siyah and bent her head down. She laid the meat in front of him and flashed a friendly smile, tail wagging for a slight second. Turning, she returned to the deer and bent down again. She knew her brother was more of the kind to eat last. He had been that way since a pup. Ripping again, she tore a large hunk of another large hunk of meat and bone. Walking over to the roots, she laid down so she was in between the up-high Rave and the on-the-ground Siyah.
Fangs bared, Gin began to eat her meal. She turned her head every so often to spit out fur as she chewed and swallowed her meat. Her claws dug into the flesh, holding it down as she ate. Blood smears were on her muzzle and throat as she ate. The warm flesh tasted good and it satisfied her hunger well. After awhile, bones and fur were left of her meal. Gin roughly lapped at the bone marrow before gnawing gently on the bone, eyes half closed in contentment. She had almost forgotten the tension between the two males as if they all got along. If only it was really like that.

As the large male laid on the up rooted root. His large chest rose and fell as he slept. If one where to approch the large male you would assume that he was asleep, but dont let him fool you the large male only closed his eyes mearly to rest. He would never dare fall into a deep sleep. He hear the voice of the male and rolled his eyes as he laid there now with his odd colored eyes wide open. He loved the night time, it was his best time to be alone and to watch things without them seeing him. He took a deep breath and then jumped from the root and headed into the forest. He knew his sister would follow after him only to ask questions but to Rave that was just fine with him. As he walked in the night, the crickets chirped and then soon stopped as they heard the sounds of the male. He flicked his ears and then sat by the river.
He sat down and curled his tail around his paws and closed his eyes and folded his ears all the way back. He was sitting by the river to calm his nerves. Flames erupted around his body as he sat there, normlay the flames protected rave but these flames were pure black with green tips. These were flames of darkness, ones that only showed when the male was upset or irritated. He allowed the flames to slowly dim to the normal red, orange and yellow color. He took a deep breath and then lifted his head towards the sky and felt the breeze dance threw his pelt. He then opened his eyes nad looked at the night time sky. the stars twinkled and seemed to almost dance in the sky. He then turned his attention to the full moon. He smirked and then let out a soft howl. A gentle mist came from his breath.
His shoulder shifted some as he sat there. He was restless and it was begining to show. He wanted to fight, he wanted to draw blood from something but there was nothing here that would even entertain him long enough. He sighed and then looked at the blackened water and snorted. He was used to the black water by now since the last pack he was in had the same water, only theirs was blood not ash. He sighed and then laid down and watched the water go by, soon his mind began to wander to where his brother had gone off too. He had disappeared after the night the war broke out and their mother told them to run. He then began to think about his father and how he was doing, and then soon to his mother. He would never admit to it but he was a big momma's boy and it would never show.

Another yawn escaped the black brute's maw as he laid beside their shelter. His tail flicked as he watched Gin move towards the deer and begin to tear into it. His auds twitched and he looked up as Rave left. He let out a sigh, happy that Rave was leaving. He turned his head to Gin as she approached him and watched her lay meat before him. His orange orbs turned up to look at her and he saw her smile. His auds twitced and he smiled politely back to her. He watched her walk back over to the deer carcus and begin to eat herself.
He slanted his ears back and laid his head on his paws, still waiting until she was done eating to eat himself. It was just something that he had been taught. His auds swiveled atop his head as he listened to the sounds around them. He could hear a faint howl and snorted, knowing that it was only Rave. His nostrils flared as the smell of the deer's blood and meat filled his nose. The smell was very tempting and made his stomach rumble. He lifted his gaze to Gin and smiled as he watched her chew on a bone. His tail flicked and he finally decided it was ok for him to eat now.
He stretched his neck out and clasped the meat in his mouth, pulling it towards him. He placed the meat between his paws and tore at the flesh. He ate ravenously, blood covering his muzzle and paws. His auds stayed pricked atop his head, listening for any unsettling sounds. He chewed rapidly and tore repeatedly, eating fast. As he got to the bone he licked it clean, and then began to lick his paws.

Gin continued to gnaw slowly on her bone, mind calm and relaxed. Her ears slowly flicked upward as she heard shuffling and saw Siyah begin to eat. Good, she thought, satisfied. The she-wolf licked her muzzle a few times to get rid of the blood before licking at the bone. All the flavor from the meat was almost gone from her constant gnawing but it still tasted good and was a nice way to relieve herself from her surroundings. Her tail lay beside her, flicking every so often as the wind stirred around them.
Looking upward, Gin watched as Rave leaped down and wandered away from them. The she-wolf paused, ears tilting back. Her muscles tensed. She was very tempted to follow after him and to ask where he was going. Gin's eyes narrowed slightly, claw digging into the ground. He's grown now, Gin, he can take care of himself, she reminded herself. With a frown, she looked back down at her bone scraps. She gently began to lick the bone again, bitting at it after a few seconds passed before continuing.
A roll of thunder sounded up above, causing Gin's head to snap upward. Her ears angled toward the nearly black sky, claws digging harder into the ground. The air was thick and heavy with humidity and chill. Everything was going to unleash very soon. Casting a swift look around the area, Gin picked up her biggest bone and turned, trotting inside the tree. She lay it beside the brambles and sticks she'd brought in there for fire before exiting. Her head turned as she once again looked around. She hoped Rave would come back soon so he wouldn't get caught up in the mess. Shaking herself, Gin stepped over to the remains and bit down hard. With a growl, she backed up and brought the kill inside the dry shelter. The silver wolf leaped over it and poked her head out into the open. "Let's go in before it breaks," she barked to Siyah, ears twitching slightly as another crack of thunder sounded. Turning around, she slipped fully inside and laid down beside a wall of the tree.

The bright red hair that hung over the face of rave swayed as a breezed picked up and swirled around the male. His ears flicked and then he looked around and kinda snorted. The wind picked up even faster and then a loud boom came from the skys. Rave looked at the sky and narrowed his eyes. Storm is coming he thought as he sat there. He thought about getting up and heading back but then he would have to deal with that male. BUt he should only for his sister. He sat up and looked down at the water and slashed his paw across the water. He looked to where he came from and then watched as lighting struck next to him. He leaped to the side and snarled. Stupid lighting he hissed as he headed his way towards the den. As he walked black sparks rose from the ground. He folded his ears back and then leaped up onto the stump he had done before and looked around. Maybe this land wouldnt be so bad and he could get used to it.
He sighed and then leaped from the stump and appeared near the den. He looked at his sister and then kinda growled at the male and headed towards his sister and smirked some. He wouldnt sleep in the den, no matter how bad the storm would be. He never slept in a den after he left the den with his mother. It just brought back memories that Rave did not want to recall. He leaped up on the root nearest to the door and laid down and crossed his paws and laid his head down on his massive paws. His red hair hung over his face and only his bright red and blue eyes shown threw the red hair. It made him menicing looking and demonic almost. He shook his head and made the hair go to the side of his head. He then looked down at his sister and let out a soft yip. She would know that he wouldnt sleep in the den by the yip
he turned to the male. and snapped his jaws and shook his head. He better not even think about sleeping next to my sister. I will rip his throat outhe thought. a demonic smile cross over the males face as the thought of seeing blood spew all over the area. But then again that would upset his sister adn then he would be in trouble. He didnt want to upset her but he didnt rightly care for the male either. Oh why did he have to love his sister so much. He rested his head back down on his paws and allowed the wind to whip around him. it blew his pelt this way and that and revealed a large thick scar that ran from his shoulders to his hind leg. He closed his eyes and relaxed until the sound of another thunder boom hit his ears again. he snarled and then laid his head back down.
The damn sound of the storm would surely keep him up. But that wouldnt bother Rave much, since he didnt sleep much any ways and plus he liked the night time more then he liked the day time only due to the sunlight hurt his eyes so much. During the night he didnt have to worry about that. The moon light was enough to make it not hurt. He shifted some and then got comfertable and went back to trying to sleep. He wasnt able to so he looked at where his sister was and sighed some. he wanted to lay with her but the thought of being inside the den scared him. He didnt want the nightmares, he didnt want to hear the screaming of his fellow fire wolves back at his home land. He hated to hear those screams any more. They were to much for Rave to endure, his ears were already sensitive enough, he didnt need them getting worse by the blood curdling screams.
He shuddered at the thought and then let out a puppish whine as he thought back to his mother and where she would be now. As well as their father, but then agian knowing their father he had found a new pack to take over and was happy as can be with plenlty of females and male to control. he took a deep breath and then laid his head back down on his paws but not before speaking to his sister.
"Gin, I uh, just wanted to say i missed you. I am sorry i wasnt there for you."

The black brute watched Gin as she moved about. His tail flicked behind him and his auds swiveled around his head. He ran his tongue over his muzzle, licking the blood from around his nose and lips. His nostrils flared and then a small sneeze made his body twitch. With a shake of his head he felt better, turning his gaze back to Gin as she moved the deer carcus inside. He pushed himself into a sitting position and then stood up. Shaking out his fur and then stretching his legs out in front of him. He then arched his back and curled his toes, his muscles tightening.
After the stretch he nodded to Gin and watched her walk into the den. He followed behind her and laid at the opposite end of the den. He knew better then to lay anywhere near the female with her brother around. Besides he didn't really know her that well, so he wasn't going to even try and lay with her. She was just someone who was looking to be part of the same pack he was. He sat back on his haunches and listened to the thunder from the storm. His auds pricked atop his head as he looked outside the den and through the trees. It would be any minute now that the rain would start to pour.
His jaws parted and a yawn escaped from deep within his throat. He clamped his jaws shut after and then turned his orange gaze to the roots above. He had heard Rave come back and lay atop the roots. His eyes narrowed and he snorted distastefully. Ignorant brute he thought to himself. It was obvious that the two were never going to get along, Rave was too crude and Siyah simply didn't like Rave for being so. His front legs slide out from beneath him and he lay on the ground. His fluffy tail curled around the side of his body and he crossed his paws infront of him. With one last glance towards Gin he rested his head on his paws, relaxing. His auds slanted back and his muscles relaxed as he lay calmly, waiting for sleep to come.Though he wouldn't sleep much with Rave around.

Gin watched as Siyah stood and entered the den as well. Her eyes trailed calmly as she watched him lay on the opposite side of the den. Twas expected, she assured herself. They still didn't know a whole lot about each other so there was no real reason to be close. Though Gin couldn't help the feeling of slight disappointment. Pushing it aside, she let out a yawn, shaking her head afterwords. Ears flicking back and forth, she listened as Rave came back and leaped onto 'his' root again. She gently raised her head to try and see him. His body was as black as night besides his markings, so it was hard to tell what was sky and what wasn't. But either way, she was able to distinguish him soon enough.
Twitching her ears, Gin tilted her head as Rave yipped. Recalling the tone of it, she remembered that it was his 'I'm staying put' kind of bark. He was planning to stay outside. She yet again suppressed another small strike of disappointment. She nodded in understanding, not sure if he could see her or not, before sitting up. Gin stiffened her legs and lowered her head, her back and shoulders stretching upward. Black claws dug into the ground as she stretched, her body trembling after a moment. Shaking herself, the silver she-wolf let out a small snort before rising to her paws. Gin nosed the flammable findings she'd gathered and stacked them neatly into the center of the den. She glanced at Siyah when she was finished before looking at her stack. She remained silent for a moment, eyes distant as if trying to remember something. Grinning, she lowered her head and began to whisper to the rubble. Taking a step back, Gin stood stiff-legged and stared at her wood stack.
Her eyes narrowed and she lowered her head to where it was eye-level with the stash. She snapped her jaws together lightly, a silver and gray flame erupting around her paws and then right onto the stack. It instantly caught fire, flames weaving in and out of the branches and producing a satisfactory amount of heat. A grin passed over Gin's muzzle. She had learned a spell from her father that made things inflammable. But she hadn't mastered it, so it would only work on small objects. She wasn't powerful enough to make wolves or anything else inflammable.
With a satisfied grin, she sat down beside it and watched the flame swivel and crack. The stack of wood stuff would not shrink and it would keep them warm throughout the chilly night. Tilting her ears to the side, Gin looked over to Rave as he spoke to her. After a moment, she shrugged calmly with a small grin. "It's alright, Rave. We went our separate ways when our mother gave us the choice to leave. We chose our own paths and learned how to look after ourselves," she said calmly. She wasn't sure if her last words were hinting to her brother that she could cope with things on her own, like with Siyah. If he decided to do anything, she could handle it. If he staid friendly, that'd be fine too. Rave didn't need to be so overprotective and bitter toward him.
With another yawn, Gin turned and laid back down in her earlier spot. Her body curved, back pressing against the bark and paws crossed in front of her. She laid her head down and stared contently at the burning rubble. A crack of thunder echoed from outside, and before she knew it, the sound of heavy rain rushed through the tree tops. The storm had finally broken.

He sighed some as he laid there. He wanted to leave, he wanted to roam and be how he was before he seen gin this morning. He folded his ears back and then heard the voice of Gin reach his ebon ears. He looked at her and then kinda whined some. He had chosen the path that their father did, to control the fire to the tee and to weld the fire. He wanted power, he wanted fighting, blood the things that their father did before their mother. he growled and then stood up and slammed his paw in to the root and snarled deeply. Flames erupted around Rave as he became enraged. They burned onto the root but stayed around Rave. They were black with green tips and burnt the root. He looked at his sister and the fire in his eyes shimmered brightly. He was not happy with this place it was upsetting rave. He seen the fire that his sister made and smirked some, at least she was able to control it some what. He jumped from the root and stood there.
When the rains hit the male was drenched and the hair that covered his face stuck to his head and face. Rave shook, his head but to no avail he just got soaked wuite quickly. LIghting and thunder boomed in the heavens and made Rave jump a little he turned to his sister and smirked some. It was his time to run in the storm to help his powers growm. He took off like a bullet and darted into the woods. The rain fell heavly and as Rave ran it began to sting his face as he ran. He had to push himself even more the pain would soon die if he just pushed further. He speed up and leaped over bushes and fallen tree like nothing. He soon came to a clearing and his chest rose and fell quickly, his pink tongue rolled out of his mouth as he stood there just looking at the feild that was before him. This would be perfect to control the ability. He walked to the middle of the feild and folded his ears back. He would show his father he could weld the fire burn.
He shifted his weight and barred his fangs as smoke began to rise around his paws and the area that he stood on. Soon sparks of grass and ground flew up around him and landed on his pelt burning him but he couldnt feel the pain he was numb from the rain. Lighting struck next to Rave and lit the ground around him. He smirked and then made the flames change colors. He threw up his head and a black mist erupted from his mouth as he stood there. The flames danced around him as he stood there. He soon made the flames into a wolf. It was the flame wolf that many wouldnt be able to control. He stared at the animal and barred his fangs and let out a growl and a snarl. He would show this flamed wolf who was master. The flamed wolf stood there and just stared at Rave, he then went for rave and dashed at him burning the male badly on his flanks. Rave yelped and then slashed as the wolf and turned quickly and snarled.
Damn it! He hissed as he couldnt make the wolf do as he wanted. He went to make the wolf bow to him but the flamed wolf attacked Rave again. He snarled and then leaped at the flammed wolf and made him disappear. The burns on his legs began to tingle and burn as the numbness from the rain began to die. He snarled and then looked up at the rain with his hair in his face. He shook his head and sighed some. He folded his ears back and then headed back to the den. He reached the den and his body was steaming from the heat from the flames and his own body heat. He panted and shook his head a little. He climbed back up on his root and laid himself down and rested his head next to his paws and closed his eyes. his chest still rose and fell quickly as he laid there without saying a word
